What we collect

Details you submit in forms (name, email, phone, location and job details), and technical data needed to run and secure the service. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why

To price and deliver your job, vet contractors, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and tell you about services you asked to hear about.

Lawful basis

Performance of a contract or steps before one, legitimate interests in running a safe service, legal obligation, and your consent for launch notifications.

Sharing

Contractors receive only the job details needed to quote and perform the work. Your contact details are not shared with contractors. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract.

International transfers

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with safeguards appropriate to cross-border transfers.

Retention

Requests that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months; job records are kept as long as tax and consumer law require.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@covalenta.com. You may also complain to your data protection regulator.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and forms are protected against automated abuse.
